Boot files for a dual boot system

When a machine has dual boot with Windows NT4 and W2k, What about the files
NTdetect.com, boot.ini, ntldr?
they will be 2 sets of files in system partition ?

Greetings --

No. There'll be only a single set of the system files, the
versions from the most recent OS - Win2K, in the case cited.
