| Sounds like the SATA drive has failed. Go to the drive manufacturer's
site
| and download their diagnostic software (e.g. Seatools if Seagate or Data
| Lifeguard if Western Digital) create the selfbooting floppy or CD , boot
| from that and run the diagnostics on the SATA HDD that should tell you
if
| the drive has died.
