Are you wanting to get to a command-line type interface like a Win98 boot
disk? Or are you wanting to actually boot all the way to Win2k, but using a
floppy disk for the boot sector and boot files?
For the first option, the only way without 3rd-party products is to utilize
the Recovery Console. For the 2nd option, you can use:
