Don't ask me why or how, but after performing an XP Home repair install, my
boot drive is now designated as "D:" instead of the normal "C:" ---How do I
get it back the way it should be? I have 2 - 320GB SATA II drives in a RAID
0 array with two primary partitions, and prior to the repair install the
partitions were correctly designated as C: and D:. Now they come up as D: and
E:. I can't change the drive letters or paths in Disk Management because
this is the system drive. I installed a blank drive, formatted it NTSF, and
when I rebooted the new (empty) drive comes up as C:!! I was able to change
the drive letter on this drive so it is no longer C:, but how do I get my
boot drive back to C:? ALSO---all of my programs seem to be functioning
properly with the drives as they are, but if I am (eventually) able to
re-assign the boot drive to its proper C: and D: designation will this screw
up the functionality of my programs??
