How can I get a boot cd or dvd for windows xp? All I can find on the website
is for floppy disks.

It depends. What exactly to you expect to happen when
you boot the machine with this boot disk?

You need to burn the iso to CD using third party CD writing software like
Nero or Sonic or the like. If you don't know how to do that see the
instructions here http://iso.snoekonline.com/iso.htm

XP install CDs are bootable. Do you not have one? If not, contact the
system vendor.
