Boolean "AND" logic in Outlook 2003 SP3 searches

WinXP SP3
Office 2003 SP3

is there a way to perform a Boolean ("AND") search on content in messages?
For example, if I want to search on "John Doe" my Outlook returns ALL "John"
as well as ALL "Doe" but I want ONLY those messages with BOTH "John" and
"Doe". Ideally, I'd like to have the "John Doe" with a space between the
"John" and "Doe" but the inclusive "AND" Boolean search will be fine (for
now!)
TIA!
