After a recent Windows update, Outlook 2002 is no longer able to open
internal links/bookmarks (the ones where <a href="#anchor"> will jump down to
"<a name="anchor">) in HTML emails. At first, clicking on the link would
open a "Locate link browser" window. I then selected IE through that window
and now clicking on the link will open an outbind://[series of numbers] link
in IE that shows "This page cannot be displayed". Regular non-bookmark and
mailto links open fine. When I open the same emails on a different computer
with Outlook 2007, the bookmarks work fine.

OS: Windwos 2000 SP 4
Outlook 2002 SP 3
IE v. 6
IE is the only browser on the computer. Under Folder Options > N/A
URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol > Advanced > open > Edit, application used to
perform action is pointed to iexplore.exe and Use DDE is unchecked.
