Open your top.htm in the _borders folder and add your anchor in the shared border (instead of your main pages)

| My website (
www.dobco.net) has shared borders on the left and top. If you go to Directions, select a city and state, then click
on TOP, you'll see the problem I'm having. The bookmark is set at the top of the page, but doesn't actually take you all the way to
the top because of the shared borders. I realized this, so I put a bookmark in the top border and linked to that, but then it just
pulls up the top border without the page itself. Is there anything I can do here, or I am I stuck because of the shared borders?
