Is there any way to bookmark the SecureTempFolder (...Temporary Internet
Files/OLK)?
I can never remember the path to the folder and I'd like to be able to find
it more quickly when I forget to Save As my edited attachment to the right
place.
Thanks,

Sure, but you might find it handier to change the Secure Temp folder's
location to one more easily accessible by changing the registry location
that specifies where it is. See this:

I'm not sure I can/should change the registry here at work, because I know it
can be messed up if I'm not careful or don't know what I'm doing.
How would I bookmark it in Windows Explorer or make a shortcut from my
desktop?
Thanks,

You didn't say it was a work machine originally. It's easy to make a
bookmark. Right-click your Desktop, choose New>Shortcut. In the "Type the
location of the item" field, just enter the full path to the secure temp
folder as shown by the registry. Click Next, name the shortcut, click
Finish. When you open it, you may get an error "This page has an
unspecified potential security flaw. Would you like to continue?" Click Yes
and the folder will open.

Great! Thank you for this, especially the note about the potential security
flaw, which would have worried me.

If you want to rid youreself of the security warning, after opening the
shortcut, click Favorites>Add to Favorites and open it from within Internet
Explorer. You'll still see a Windows Explorer interface at that point, but
without the warning.
