Use the built-in heading styles to format the headings of your document, and
then insert a table of contents, which will be hyperlinked by default.
Alternatively, you can bookmark text and then manually insert hyperlinks to
the bookmark, via the Insert Hyperlink dialog box (which you can display by
pressing Ctrl+K).
