Hi,

When booking a resource and you add it to the Resources field why does it
also add it self to the To field?
Can we disable that?
Reason, is that many people were just adding the Resource in the To field
thinking they booked the room. We have removed E-mail from the resources and
when they book as resource it adds to the To field and returns an error so
the user needs to delete the resource from the To field to book.

When scheduling a meeting and you select a Resouce from you GAL and select
the Resouce Tab is automatically put it in the To field before you schedule
the meeting or are you saying that when a meeting is scheduled a the Resouce
is put in the Resource field that an email is sent automatically with the
Resource put in the To: field?
