I work for a law firm that has just started using Outlook for calendaring.
We are finding that people are booking appointments for Lawyers in shared
calendars and they are often not showing up for quite some time leading to
double booking and confusion at reception. Does anyone have any ideas or
help?

Version of Outlook and Exchange? Do they show up in OWA immediately?
