Hi

I want to buy a book that explains every group policy that windows 2003 has
and what each one does, or at least most of them.

Please, give me your advice.

Dave's link gives you all the policies - if you need to know how to use them
I like Moskowitz's book as an introduction - "Group Policy, Profiles and
IntelliMirror" currently in it's third edition - there should be a 4th to add
Vista sometime this year.

The list link will give you close to 'every' policy but don't overlook
the built-in help if you need to understand a particular policy or GPOs
in general.
