How do you get the bold lettering to go away without actually opening the E
mail.



Used to be able to click on it and read mail in bottom panel. Bold would go
away when moved to next email. Now have to actually open (double click) full
email before bold goes away……..

Go to Tools/Options/Other and then click on reading pane.

Tick the box marked 'Mark items read when viewed in the reading pane'
