Is there a keyboard command that will allow a BOLD font when I am writing a
message via some web page...

In other words, while I am sending, for example, my bank instructions within
one of their "send" boxes!

If there were, it would be Ctrl/B for Bold. All capitals might catch
their eye too. And in these posts, if I start text with an underscore,
_then_make_sure_all_ spaces are replaced with underscores, the posted
result is that the text is underlined, at least with some readers. So
there are some ideas you can toy with..
