How do I make all font in Windows XP appear bold, all the time?

There are some places that you don't have the choice because it is hard
coded. At best you may change the ones you find to Bold one at a time.

You can change many of them in display properties>appearance tab>advance.
Look through the drop down box under 'items' select anything that has an
options to change fonts, icons, etc. Each one will have, or should have the
choice to not only change font size, but make the fonts bold or italicized.
Make sure you okay/apply your way out when you are done. Might have to
reboot for the changes to take affect.
