What version have you installed pika? - and can you copy and paste the initial bit of your boinc message log?

Also check the settings in your device profiles for your PC over at WCG - under advanced options " On multiprocessors, at most use:" does it show 2?

Ooops sorry pika I read your post wrong and thought you were saying you couldn't get both cores working

What setting do you have in your default profile under network usage for "Connect to network about every" - to queue work it needs to be at least around 0.5 days, and ideally I would say 2 days.

Also make sure that you have a tick in the 'Set as default' box near the top of the profile you are using.

I notice that at 0057 in your log it says: Result faah0770_bdb346_mx1hiv_dry_02_2 is 102.40 days overdue - you need to abort that if you are still crunching it as it is way past the due time.

First make sure the network connect time is set at 2 days, save the profile then leave a few minutes and abort that result above, then click update in the profiles tab (if it already shows "Schedule request pending" then don't update, just leave to do it itself.

Let me know the result
