I have reach to find and install all my drivers for my new PC with XP, but I
really don't know where to find the driver for my webcam, I have search on
the net and so on already.

Here is the way to get the è for Michèle : or copy paste where you want to
use it or Alt+0232 or Alt+138 (numbers on numeric keypad, not top row of
keyboard), will get you è if you dont reach just write MICHELE in capital
letter.
