blurry text for font Calibri

Hi, recently I have found that the text for all incoming emails with font
Calibri become blurry. I suspect that this is because the senders are using
MS 2007 while I am using Outlook and Word 2000. I also tried opening some old
emails with font Calibri and they all become blurry as well. Previously I
didn't get a problem with those emails. I am not sure if this is related, but
this happens after I have installed the compatibility pack for 2007 office
like a week ago because I needed to view a docx file. I have tried
uninstalled the app but the problem exists.

Could anyway be so kind to help me on this? Thanks a bunch!

I've checked the font dropdown list, and found that Consolas, Corbel and Dark
Courier are blurry as well, but I've never used those or received emails
using those fonts. It's only that most incoming emails are using Calibri now
so it makes it quite hard for me to read those blurry emails (or I need to
change the font in order to read it more easily...).

I am using window XP as for OS.

Thanks!

Do you need calibri? Maybe you can delete it, which I think would force
Outlook to display your messages in a different font.

I'd try setting the default fonts to use Arial or something else (tools,
options, mail format, fonts), and if that didn't seem to fix it, delete the
calibri font from my system. Outlook will use alternate fonts if if can't
find calibri.

Despite Microsoft's efforts, I don't think Calibri looks at all good
on-screen. Printed, though, it's a gem.

Incidentally, if you monitor is not running at its native resolution, it
will make it much worse.
