My profile (one of 4 on my pc) has a problem with IE. Every time I launch the
browser, all the pictures, photos, and special text and graphics are blurry.
Interestingly, this does not happen with the other 3 profiles (my 2 sons and
husband) -- their images are clear. This has been going on for some time.
Help!

Do you havw an accelerator supplied by your ISP? If so, try turning it off.

Wow... that fixed a lot of it... but not all the photos... should I reboot?
Is there anything else I can try to fix all images?

I would try restarting. I never tried one of those silly programs.
