Blurry icons when large toolbar is selected

Outlook 2007 using standard toolbar. I right click in the area of the toolbar
and select Customize. Under Options I check the box for Large icons. Except
for the Catergorize icon, all the toolbar icons are now very blurry. Like
they are just magnified versions of the small icons. There has to be a way to
make these things look better. Any ideas?

You can replace it with your own icons but that is about it. The icons
remain 16x16.
Outlook 2010 will contain higher quality artwork for larger icons when the
Ribbon is also placed in the main Outlook window.

Thanks for your help!

I'm sure I can come up with better icons. How do I replace the existing ones?

Open the Customize dialog via View-> Toolbars-> Customize...
Leave that dialog open and right click on any icon in the toolbar and choose
"Edit Button Image...".
You can copy and paste images from an icon editor into the "Edit" dialog.
Note that you cannot modify all the buttons.
