Blurry graphics in IE6

I tried the suggestions of changing the DPI and the UseHR setting in the registry. The DPI was already at 96. I added the UseHR DWord in the Registry and made the value 00000001, and it made no difference. CAN ANYONE HELP, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
