WindowsXP Pro Sp3

After receiving my PC from a repair shop, all the text on my desktop icons is
blurred. I know there is a function mentioning smooth fonts but I don't know
where to find it.

I have had good luck using a free program called "ClearTweak" for font
smoothing:
