Bluetooth on XP SP3

Hi,

I'm running Windows XP SP3, and have installed a USB bluetooth dongle.
This appears to have installed correctly, in that in "Device Manager",
there is now a "Bluetooth" node with the following subnodes:
"Bluetooth FFBUS", "Bluetooth RFHID", and "ISSC USB Bluetooth Device".

However, there's no icon in my system tray, and also no "Bluetooth
Device" icon in my Control Panel. So I have no idea how to proceed.
Any help appreciated.

P.
