BlueTooth uninstall

I can not get this to uninstall. The help show to go to the folder Bluetooth
radios but I only have Bluetooth devices and when I try to uninstall. the
button is disabled and will not allow allow it. The driver that it is
supposedly attached to does not exist.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It loads everytime we boot up the computer and then after about 5 minutes it
says it does not exist. Takes way too much time to boot.
