I have been using a bluetooth adapter and headset with my Windows laptop for
the last 3 years. After one of the recent automatic updates, the bluetooth
adapters on both my laptops stopped working. I managed to get it working one
on pc by uninstalling and reinstalling the adapter about a gzillion times,
but not on the other pc. Even the IT people at my workplace couldn't get it
to work on my other pc. And I am talking about trying to get two different
adapters to work. Guess what, today after another of those @#$%^ automatic
updates, the one adapter that was working is also not working. And then,
there is no way for me to contact Microsoft and get them to fix the problem
they created. In this era of consumerism, why are we subject to such
atrocities by Microsoft? Can someone out there help me solve this please.
