iam trying to connect my nokia 6260 to my pc with bluetooth, but it keeps
asking me to turn on the radio adapter. dont know what or where it is. help

The radio adapter is the dongle. (or a part of the dongle)
You'll probably have to run the cd that came with the dongle.
