bluetooth stack service

since i upgraded my xp with sp2 I have had bluetooth errors. Message reads
"Unable to start bluetooth stack service?" This causes my bluetooth printer
and phone file transfer from working. I comes up sometimes after boot up or
during the use of my machine. I am using an MSI bluetooth dongle an hp 995c
bluetooth printer. I have used the msi bluetooth upgrade drivers but this
makes no difference
I all works fine if I remove sp2 upgrade. Anyone with any ideas as this is
driving me mad
