Bluetooth prog uninstall - prob: not visible

I'm working with a WIN XP Home desktop and having some trouble with my
logitech keyboard. The keyboard comes with a widcomm Bluetooth Stack. I have
unistalled the widcomm software, but every time I try to install the Widcomm
software, I get the message: "newer version already installed, installation
procedure aborted".

Any helpful hint how to get rid of this somehow persistent prog?
