We are having a problem using our Motorola Bluetooth and our computer. We do
not have an icon in our control panel for Bluetooth. We have plugged in the
Bluetooth (using USB) and nothing shows up.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks

Francine

maybe you need to check if the USB is working I mean most bluetooth dingles
have a small light indicator, is it on when you plug your bluetooth to your
PC, if you use front panel USB try the one on the back.

does it have a CD with it, you may have to install its driver. many
bluthooth adapters don't work with microsoft bluetooth technology, you may
refer to the manufacturer website and download the needed driver.

No software, it is the Motorola Bluetooth that came with my razer phone.
Also, I have gone to the Microsoft windows support site and typed in (under
the run tool) bthprops.cpl but it does nothing.
