Hi

I am running windows XP with service pack 2 on a desktop and the bluetooth
device is a the transceiving key (PC2PC) from MSI. The product comes with an
installation CD that contains the necessary drivers. When i plug the
bluetooth device in a USB port on my computer, XP rightfully informs me that
it has detected a new device and ask me to install necessary driver. So, i
insert the CD and points the wizard to the CD drive. The installation
proceeds successfully and it informs me that i am able to use this devices.
However, there are no bluetooth icons that would allow me to use xp to
discover any bluetooth devices. Moreover, my phone cannot detect my computer
(i.e. the computer appears to have no bluetooth capabilities). Also, there
are no bluetooth services running on my computer when i looked at the
services.msc.

Could anyone help

Kind regards
vik
