Bluetooth Modem Drivers not found

's Computer Specifications

I have successfully paired my phone via bluetooth however the modem drivers
cannot be found so they are not installed. I have searched the entire
compter and it cannot find them. Any ideas on how I can get the drivers???

I show two bluetooth peripheral devices in Hardware Mangager that are not
installed properly (missing drivers.)

the drivers should come from the manufacturers web site.
