I would like to enable my laptop for broadcasting.

plug it in ... If a Bluetooth adapter is already built in or attached to your computer, ignore this step

turn on the device

make it discoverable


or


Click the Start button, click Control Panel, click Hardware and Sound, and then click Bluetooth Devices.

Click Add, and then follow the instructions.


Applies to all editions of Windows Vista
