You may have to download the driver from the manufacturer of the device.
Please repost with better information about the device and your problem.

List of Bluetooth drivers included in Windows XP:

Mark,

I have XP SP2 but I can't get any Bluetooth features up. I have a Logitech
Bluetooth dongle/hub plugged in but no Bluetooth Icon shows up in Control
Panel, no Add Bluetooth Printer button in Printers & Fax, and no Bluetooth
listing in Device Manager. I went to that 883258 page you gave but that does
not work. In Device Manager, the "scan for hardware changes" under the
Action menu does nothing and when I put in the "bltprops.cpl." command in the
RUN window, nothing happens. I have dowloaded and install all the XP Updates
available for both hardware and software. Trying to get help from HP but
that is like talking to a stone wall. Can you help? I would appreciate it.

Did you get a CD with the Logitech dongle?
Is there any reference to Blue Soleil in your control panel?

Either the software was not installed correctly, or Windows XP installed a
generic driver and the control panel applet is not available.

Did you try at Logitech support?
http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/su...oads/&cl=us,en

You may have to install their software/drivers?

Mark
