I am running Windows XP with SP2 in my PC.
I tried to connect a Blutooth radio through the USB port.
Eventhough the device drivers are a part of SP2 (as mentioned on the support
site), the OS didn't recognize the device.

Device: Blutonium BCM2035 Bluetooth 2.4 GHz Single Chip Transceiver
Ref: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=841803

Any advice
