Bluetooth connection to W2000

I have tried to install a bluetooth connection to my
laptop to link phone and Palm but there seems to be a
problem on the laptop. After installation I can't open
Outlook. The phone and Palm recognise the laptop bluetooth
dongle but the laptop won't work and tells me there is a
BT stacking error. Any ideas how to resolve?
