Bluetooth Connection Guide popup on login for new users

Having recently installed the Microsoft Desktop Elite for Bluetooth on a pc
for a presentation room all new users have the Bluetooth Connection Guide
popup when they first logon to this pc.

I would like to stop this occuring and have searched the registry for any
keys which may be defining this but cannot find anything can anyone help?
