I installed the BlueSoleil program to use a USB dongle to interface with my
Motorola V551 phone. I found an update that required removal of the program
and a re-install of the new one. I did this and now every time I try to
install the new program or the old one, it asks if I want to completly
uninstall the program. I do this and try to install the program and it only
gives me the option of the uninstall again??? Anyone got an idea? I tried
to remove all entries in the registry and with the search funtion of windows
XP service pack 2. Still will not install.

Use a Registry cleaner like the jv16 Power Tools
(http://www.macecraft.com/) or the Easy Cleaner
(http://www.toniarts.com) for to find and remove all references for
the program in the Registry. Also make sure that all the files have
been deleted by wiping or renaming the folder where the software had
been installed to.
