Has anyone seen the following bluescreen errors before?

0xA5492E90 or 0x8056E11E

Coming from someone who has been around a computer since the second version
of DOS, I am completely lost with the above errors. The only thing I can come
up with, is a memory issue.

Any/All help is appreciated. Thank you in-advance.

The usual strategy goes like this:
- Press F8 early during the boot phase, then select Last
Known Good Configuration.
- Press F8 early during the boot phase, then select Safe Mode

If Safe Mode works then you can run System Restore to
return the machine to a point in time before the current
problems started.
