Do you, or did you, at any time have a Bluetooth (wireless) dongle/keyboard
and/or mouse installed? That would be why it's there.
I wouldn't be concerned. You can remove it if you want to in
Start/Run/Sendto but I would look in Hardware Devices when you right-click
My Computer/Properties/Hardware/Device Manager and see if there are any
Bluetooth devices loaded.
