There is no icon for "blue tooth devices" in my Control panel. I have
Windows EP with Service pack 3. Please advise where I can find the
appropriate download or where else to look for the icon I need.

Does your computer have bluetooth hardware? This isn't always a standard
item.

Yes I have recently installed a Veho Blue tooth Dongle. I seem to be able to
connect the computer to the mobile phone but I cannot get the PC to recognize
the phone. I get "connectivity failed" when I ask the phone to browse the PC.
Windows Help instructs me to "open Bluetooth devices in control panel", but
I cannot find the icon.

Yes the blue tooth icon is in bar including the clock (in the bottom right of
my screen. I can use it to "see" into the mobile phone and I can open picture
files. I haven't worked out yet how to copy them without opening them. But my
problem is that I want to transfer picture files to my phone and the system
will not let my phone "browse" the PC.
