Hi,

I'm getting a small blue title bar any time I click on links in internet
explorer that would normally po open a new window. Does anyone know how to
fix this problem?

Can you upload a screen shot for review somewhere? Without more information
I, for one, haven't got a clue.

That blue title bar is actually a very small window. Grab the edges with
the mouse pointer and drag it larger.
