Blue Start Up Screen in XP

I have a blue start up screen when I boot up my computer
before windows actually boots up. The screen is for to
log in as the owner or guest login. I want to know how
to get rid of the screen, so when I start the computer,
it goes to the actual windows program without me having
to press a button on start up to do so.
