Hi

I've had my Dell inspiron6400 freeze up on me, it gone to a blue screen
"windows shut down to prevent damage".....
Tech info is xxxstop: 0X00000044 (0X8504CB78, 0X00000D62, 0X00000000
0X00000000)

I've looked at a few other threads/messages but the tch info was different.
I'm running Windows XP
I'm not sure what the solution is to stop my laptop continuosly jumping to
this blue screen / windows shutdown.
Please HELP

What is in the Event Log?
All your hardware drivers up to date - from Dell?
