Hi. We just purchased about 15 new PC's with Windows XP
Professional loaded on them. Just about every one of our
users is experiencing blue screens referencing
ATI3duag.dll -- Which is the ATI Fire G1 video card. It
doesn't seem to matter what the person is doing at the
time, or what application they are in, it just all of a
sudden happens. We called Dell and they told us to try a
different video card driver, which we did, but no luck.
Same problem.
Has anyone else had this issue, or does anyone know a way
to stop the blue screens??

Thanks for any help !!!

As brand new it's not for you to sort this problem, which may invalidate
your warranty. Just get dell to sort it or say they are all coming back to
them for a refund.
