Blue screen when trying to open Internet Explorer

When trying to open Internet Explorer I'm getting the
following error on a blue screen:

STOP 0x0000000A(lots of numbers)
IRQL-NOT-LESs-OR-EQUAL***ADDRESS84AABBE BASE AT 80400000
DATESTAMP 3KEE6KC002-ntoskrnl.exe
BEGINNING DUMP OF PHYSICAL MEMORY

I have tried changing the RAM in case there is an error
there. The computer handles all other tasks without a
problem, it only occurs when trying to use internet
explorer.

Has anyone got any ideas on how to fix this problem?
