blue screen stop error

When my computer loads up at the windows logon i get a blue screen with the
following message

STOP ERROR

OX00000024 (OX001902FE,OXF79FF958,OXF79FF654,OXF76EEOA7)

ZSRHFUJHAPPK7.SYS ADDRESS F77AEQA7 BASE AT F77A4OOO
DATE STAMP 4ADEAFE6
can any one tell me what ive done wrong.

That .sys file you referenced, is that really the name of it? If it is, it
appears you've been hit with a virus....

The stop code you posted appears to be an error with the NTFS.SYS driver,
which is needed to read ... your hard drive. So, either 1) you definitely
have a virus or 2) your hard drive is failing or 3) you probably have a
corrupted or incompatible driver (see www.scribd.com/doc/1017139/0x00000024
for more information)

Can you boot into Safe Mode?

I can get into the computer using last known good configuration, Ive scanned
for viruses with 3 different scanners but nothing found
