The parameters that you posted are closer matches to
Win2k service pack/patch errors. I haven't run accross
an exact match of your particular error. Maybe someone
else that sees this may have a more solid answer for you.
ALSO, if I understood you to say that you attempted
a 'fresh' reinstall, then whatever apps that you had on
there were wiped clean along with the OS and you would
have to reinstall those as well. Now if you backed them
up some type of way before-hand, well then in that case
you're just fine.
