Always on startup I get a blue screen of varying size and for varying brief periods. Mainly puzzled about what it means and is anything indicated as comprimised indicated here

Hi

When, exactly, does this Blue Screen appear? Does it produce any error
messages? Try Event Viewer to see if there any entries that may point
toward the problem.

It appears immediately after log in: today it covered the whole screen for abut one second and there is a message box saying "processing" after that everything is just fine.

The only abberation in this machines' operation is when outlook tries to open Word to display a message and then the Windows installer page comes up multiple times (14 is the most) and the hard drive chattering away during this brief period perhaps 5-10 seconds.
