I just upgradded the computer with MB ( Biostar u8668d)
2.4 celeron and 256 pc 2100 266 mhz. First I was haveing
problems with it hanging durring inital boot, message(
Processor ratio changed) and the mem speed was comming up
ass 333mhz. I Removed and reinserted all connections..(
all cables,mem,cpu) it still read the mem as 333mhz, I
configured it to 266 in the bios and got it to boot a few
times and load XP, then started getting ministack dump
errors, Now it hangs right after the xp loading ... blue
screen with hour glass( As the pointer)....I'm Thinking
its the MB or Mem ( I enabled the SYS check in bois and
Mem being ok'd) any one have any idears ?

sounds like your fsb is being run at 166Mhz rather than
the 100Mhz (200DDR, 400Mhz in P4 marketing speak) you need
to run it at.
